Build a Bear at Borders. Oh My.

When I started with Borders in 1994 there were fifty shelves of poetry.  In the Fiction section Trollope alone had a good six or seven shelves to himself.  There was nothing to criticize about the Literary Criticism section, and the Philosophy section could turn nihilists into optimists.

That's all in the past.  But hey, now at least you can get a personalized teddy bear at your local Borders.  Because, doncha know, stuffed bears are a natural companion to books.

Read all about the Borders/Build-a-Bear deal in Bloomberg.  And try not to cry.
