It was not a huge week for new releases.
There is, of course, a new James Patterson; when isn't there? It's the latest installment of his YA Witches and Wizards series.
Beloved memoirist and poet, actor and dancer Maya Angelou releases her second cookbook, after 2007's Hallelujah! The Welcome Table.
Malcolm Gladwell's What the Dog Saw, a collection of previously published essays, is out in paperback.
And, far and away the weirdest new release of the week, is Timothy Ferriss's The 4-Hour Body. Why do I call this book weird? I'll let the subtitle speak for itself: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman. Well all right.
